All plants are designed to suit your site and requirements with all spares being available locally within the UK.

STAGE ONE ENQUIRY RECEIVED

1. Confirm full requirements of plant and output rates.
   
   
2. Raise quotation for enquiry.
   
   
3. Provide plan of proposed plant on your site plans.
   
   
4. Supply programme of works.

STAGE TWO ORDER PLACED

1. Provide plant loadings and layout drawings also supply foundation bolts.
   
   
2. Provide general arrangement drawings and confirm final details.
   
   
3. Plant goes into production.
   
   
4. Arrange visits to our works to confirm progress.
   
   
5. Provide Health and Safety file for site approval.
   
   
6. Final inspection at our works before delivery to site.

STAGE THREE DELIVERY TO SITE

1. Set up site for plant build, site office, welfare facilities, and site inductions.
   
   

   

2. Deliver plant and install mechanical and electrical.
   
   
3. Carry out weekly site meetings to discuss any problems.
   
   
4. Carry out pre-safety inspection prior to run checks on plant.
   
   
5. Commission plant and carry out trial loads.
   
   
6. Carry out full plant inspection and safety check and hand plant over.
   
   
7. During the following twelve months regular inspections will be made to confirm the plants operation and production rates.
